Continuing Education
The education of our Skin Therapists and Spa Coordination team is something we take very seriously! At Element you have the opportunity to learn from leaders in the industry, attend some the largest Esthetics conferences + seminars in the nation, and get real hands-on education everyday as we strive to be the BEST spa team in town!

We start with an in-depth training process followed by a wage evaluation to determine a fair and competitive wage for you. Our Skin Therapists also earn product commissions, along with PTO, free products, and free services every month. We love to spoil our employees just as much as we do our clients!
